Job Summary
We’re searching for licensed therapists in California who want to make a meaningful impact without being tied to an office. In this role, you’ll meet clients virtually, guiding them through life’s challenges with care, structure, and evidence-based strategies. You’ll work a steady schedule that allows you to focus on both your clients and your own work-life balance.
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-Time | Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
- Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Host secure telehealth sessions for individuals and families
- Build treatment plans that reflect client goals and needs
- Monitor outcomes and adapt approaches as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation for every session
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy
- Licensed in California (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC)
- At least 2 years of therapy experience
- Strong communication and telehealth skills
