Location: New Mexico
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
This Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) position is designed for clinicians who want a stable schedule and a clear clinical scope. You will deliver virtual counseling services, support client progress through structured treatment plans, and manage a consistent caseload without in-person office demands.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling sessions via telehealth
- Develop, review, and update treatment plans
- Document sessions in accordance with clinical standards
- Maintain ethical and legal compliance
- Participate in quality assurance and clinical reviews
Requirements
- Active LPCC license in New Mexico
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related discipline
- Prior clinical counseling experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
