Iowa | Full-Time | Remote / Telehealth
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Overview
This is a client-facing telehealth position for an Iowa-licensed LMHC, LMFT, or LISW. You’ll work with individuals who are seeking professional help with concerns affecting their mental health, relationships, and everyday functioning. The position involves a regular schedule of virtual appointments, independent clinical work, and the administrative responsibilities that come with managing client care remotely.
What the Work Includes
- Conduct individual counseling and therapy sessions online
- Discuss client concerns and determine appropriate areas of focus
- Help clients work through issues such as anxiety, stress, trauma, relationships, and life changes
- Use clinical techniques appropriate to your license, training, and each client’s needs
- Revisit goals and treatment direction as circumstances change
- Complete required session records and clinical updates
- Consult with other clinicians when a case calls for additional perspective
- Maintain privacy and comply with Iowa professional practice requirements
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field
- Active Iowa LMHC, LMFT, or LISW license
- At least 1 year of post-licensure clinical experience preferred
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Comfortable delivering therapy through telehealth
