Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
About the Role
We’re hiring Washington-licensed LMHCs, LICSWs, and LMFTs to provide mental health services through telehealth. You’ll work with clients experiencing a range of emotional, behavioral, and relationship concerns, offering practical support and individualized treatment from a remote setting. This full-time position offers a consistent weekday schedule and allows you to focus on direct clinical care, treatment planning, and client progress within an organized virtual environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled individual therapy sessions through secure video platforms
- Assess client concerns, symptoms, strengths, and treatment needs
- Develop personalized treatment goals and update them as care progresses
- Evaluate client response to therapy and make appropriate clinical adjustments
- Complete progress notes and other required documentation accurately and on time
- Communicate with clinical team members when coordination of care is needed
- Follow confidentiality, ethical, safety, and Washington licensing requirements
Requirements
- Active Washington mental health license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW)
- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- Clinical experience delivering therapy services
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong attention to documentation and compliance
