A New Opportunity for Licensed Mental Health Therapist
We’re looking for an experienced LICSW, LMFT, LPC to join a telehealth team providing ongoing counseling services to clients across Alabama.
This position offers the opportunity to focus on clinical care without the demands of a traditional office setting. You’ll work with clients through scheduled virtual appointments, helping them address mental health concerns, strengthen coping skills, and navigate challenges that impact their everyday lives.
Your Focus Will Include
- Providing individual therapy sessions through a secure virtual platform
- Helping clients work through concerns such as anxiety, depression, stress, grief, and relationship challenges
- Creating treatment approaches that align with client goals
- Reviewing client progress and making clinical recommendations when needed
- Maintaining clear and complete therapy documentation
- Managing a consistent caseload while delivering quality client care
Requirements
- Active Alabama license as a LICSW, LMFT, or LPC
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related discipline
- Previous experience in clinical mental health services
- Strong understanding of therapy practices and client care standards
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
