Virtual Mental Health Therapist | Arizona
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + benefits
The Opportunity
We’re looking for a licensed mental health therapist to join a team that values quality clinical work, professional development, and a manageable day-to-day workflow.
You’ll work directly with clients, build treatment around their individual needs, and have the support of other professionals when collaboration is needed. The role offers a consistent weekday schedule and the opportunity to build a stable clinical caseload.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct individual therapy sessions and assess client needs
- Establish treatment goals and develop appropriate care plans
- Use clinical approaches suited to each client’s circumstances
- Review progress and make treatment adjustments when necessary
- Complete clinical notes and maintain accurate client records
Requirements
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license in Arizona.
- Skilled in therapy techniques and client communication.
- Team-oriented approach with a desire for professional development.
