Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year + benefits
About the Role
We are seeking a licensed therapist (LMFT, LCSW, or LPC) to provide virtual counseling services to clients through a secure telehealth platform. This role involves conducting therapy sessions, developing treatment goals, and helping clients work through emotional, behavioral, and relationship-related concerns.
You’ll have the opportunity to focus on direct client care while using your clinical skills to guide conversations, support progress, and provide structured therapy in a remote environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions through secure video platforms
- Understand client concerns and identify areas for therapeutic support
- Develop treatment plans that reflect client needs and goals
- Use appropriate counseling techniques to help clients manage challenges and build coping skills
- Support clients with emotional wellness, relationships, and life transitions
- Review client progress and adjust treatment approaches when needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Follow ethical standards, confidentiality requirements, and professional guidelines
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
- Active LMFT, LCSW, or LPC license
- Experience providing therapy or counseling services
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable delivering care through telehealth
