Virtual Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPC)
Location: Minnesota
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are looking for a Minnesota-licensed therapist to provide virtual mental health services to adults through telehealth. This role is centered on creating meaningful connections with clients, understanding their needs, and providing consistent support as they work through personal and emotional challenges. You’ll have the flexibility of working remotely while maintaining a structured schedule focused on therapy sessions, treatment planning, and client progress.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Assess client concerns and establish personalized treatment goals
- Provide support for emotional, behavioral, relationship, and life adjustment challenges
- Review client progress and update treatment plans when appropriate
- Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
- Communicate with team members regarding care coordination when needed
- Follow professional, ethical, and confidentiality standards for virtual care
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Active Minnesota license (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC)
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Strong communication and technology skills
