Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys and stakeholders
- Draft, review, and proofread legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain case files, legal records, and documentation systems
- Assist with contract lifecycle management and compliance tracking
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external legal professionals
- Manage calendars, deadlines, and court filing schedules
- Support litigation preparation, including discovery and document review
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with legal standards and procedures
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or similar role
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology, documentation, and procedures
- Experience with contract drafting, legal research, or compliance support
- Familiarity with legal software and document management systems
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Experience working with international clients (UK/US) is a plus
