Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Product Manager to lead the development and evolution of our core product offerings. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of business, technology, and user experience, transforming high-level vision into actionable roadmaps that solve real-world problems. Key Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research and customer insights.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to lead the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch.
  • Translate complex user needs into clear, detailed functional requirements and user stories.
  • Prioritize the product backlog by balancing technical debt, feature requests, and long-term strategic goals.
  • Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to iterate on features and drive continuous improvement.
  • Act as the primary advocate for the customer, ensuring every feature provides a seamless and intuitive experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably within a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of shipping successful products and managing entire product lifecycles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to justify decisions and measure success.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to bridge the gap between technical and nontechnical teams.
  • A "builder" mindset with a bias toward action and a passion for solving complex problems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and PM tools like Jira or Linear.
  • Technical background or experience working directly with APIs and data architecture.
  • Experience in UI/UX design principles and wireframing.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or MS) is a plus.
