Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with 5+ years of experience in product design to create intuitive, engaging, and high-performing digital experiences. This is a remote UI/UX design role where you will take ownership of the full design lifecycle from research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI and usability testing.
You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user experiences that are both visually compelling and functionally effective.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process: user research, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI design
- Create intuitive user flows, journey maps, and interaction designs
- Design high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on user feedback and analytics
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to align design with business goals
- Maintain and evolve design systems, style guides, and UI components
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with best UX practices
- Present and communicate design concepts and decisions to stakeholders
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or digital design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design projects for web or mobile products.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Understanding of responsive design, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and collaboration with development teams is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with remote teams.
- Ability to translate complex product requirements into clear, intuitive design solutions.
