We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Architectural Project Manager to join our team at D2B. In this remote role, you will be responsible for leading and managing architectural projects across Australia and New Zealand from concept through to completion. You will oversee design coordination, documentation, consultant management, and project delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations and regulatory standards.
Position: Architectural Project Manager
Salary: PHP65,000 - PHP100,000 (flexible for more experienced candidates)
Working Hours & Conditions: AU/NZ business hours; Mondays to Fridays, 6:00AM to 3:00PM; full-time (remote)
Holidays: Australian/New Zealand Holidays
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design through to construction completion
- Coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, engineers, and stakeholders across AU/NZ projects
- Oversee preparation and delivery of architectural drawings, documentation, and design outputs
- Ensure compliance with Australian and New Zealand building codes, regulations, and standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, scope, and deliverables
- Conduct regular project reviews to ensure quality, accuracy, and design consistency
- Support coordination of BIM workflows (Revit/ArchiCAD) and documentation control
- Identify and resolve design and coordination issues throughout project lifecycle
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Ensure smooth handover from design to construction phases
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3- 5 years of proven experience working on Australian and/or New Zealand projects
- Proven experience in architectural project management or senior architectural coordination roles
- Solid understanding of AU/NZ building codes, standards, and construction processes
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, or ArchiCAD (BIM experience required)
- Strong leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setup
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use developments preferred
- Portfolio is required.
