ROLE OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Support Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support across rostering, compliance, onboarding, and workforce processes. This role will work closely with internal teams, employees, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workforce coordination, accurate record management, and timely completion of operational requirements.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience supporting administrative, rostering, compliance, or recruitment functions. They will play an important role in maintaining workforce compliance, improving processes, and supporting the delivery of efficient operations across multiple sites and locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with rostering across multiple sites and states, including filling shifts and managing workforce availability.
- Monitor and maintain employee compliance records, including licences, police checks, medicals, visas and training requirements.
- Support onboarding activities, inductions and new starter documentation.
- Maintain accurate employee records within FoundU and assist with document uploads and system administration.
- Support the FoundU automation project and help improve workforce processes across all states.
- Follow up outstanding compliance requirements with employees and managers.
- Prepare compliance and operational reports as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the Operations, Rostering and Compliance teams.
- Communicate professionally with employees, clients and internal stakeholders regarding rostering, onboarding and compliance matters.
Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Experience in administration, rostering, compliance or recruitment support.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Experience with FoundU, JobAdder or similar systems is highly regarded.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
