We are looking for a high-performing Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of clients in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. This role goes beyond traditional customer success, with a strong focus on client retention, revenue growth, relationship management, and measurable business outcomes.
As a strategic partner to 40–50 active client businesses, you will work closely with business owners and their teams to identify challenges, implement effective solutions, improve performance, and drive long-term client success.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of 40–50 active clients, ensuring strong engagement, satisfaction, retention, and business outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with business owners and key stakeholders while acting as their primary point of contact.
- Conduct onboarding, support, coaching, and performance review sessions to help clients achieve their business objectives.
- Understand client challenges and recommend appropriate solutions, resources, and subject matter experts.
- Analyze client sales funnels and business processes to identify performance gaps, revenue leakage, and growth opportunities.
- Drive renewals, upgrades, retention, and expansion opportunities through proactive account management and consultative engagement.
- Achieve assigned monthly revenue and account growth targets.
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and internal fulfillment teams to ensure seamless service delivery and strong client experiences.
- Monitor account health and proactively address risks related to churn, cancellations, or declining performance.
- Maintain strong performance metrics, including low cancellation/refund rates and healthy client retention.
- Maintain accurate client records, account plans, follow-ups, and performance updates.
- Participate in team events and occasional business travel as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification preferred.
- 2–6 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, Renewals, Retention, or Client Success.
- Experience in EdTech, digital marketing, consulting, coaching, SaaS, or other client-focused environments is preferred.
- Strong combination of consultative selling and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation and public-speaking abilities.
- Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and multitasking capabilities.
- Commercially oriented with the ability to identify revenue and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Proactive, competitive, and growth-oriented mindset with a strong focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving, and continuous-learning mindset.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
