Job Opening: Onboarding Specialist
Location: Remote (Working US Hours - 9am-5pm EST)
Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate onboarding training sessions for new hires/clients (e.g., BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative staff)
- Develop, maintain, and improve onboarding and training materials (SOPs, guides, videos, presentations)
- Ensure new employees are fully trained on internal systems (e.g., Rethink, scheduling platforms, communication tools)
- Conduct system walk-throughs and hands-on training to ensure competency
- Partner with clinical leadership to ensure training aligns with clinical standards and expectations
- Track and monitor training completion and employee readiness before they begin working with clients
- Provide ongoing support and follow-up training as needed post-onboarding
- Identify knowledge gaps and continuously improve training programs and processes
- Assist with onboarding coordination (documentation, scheduling, system setup) as needed
- Act as the primary point of contact for new hires during their onboarding and initial training period
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in training, onboarding, or employee enablement (healthcare or ABA preferred)
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and train diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable using and training others on multiple systems and software
- Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, easy-to-understand training
- Proactive, patient, and supportive approach to training
