Job Opening: QA Supervisor
Location: South Africa (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM EST)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance (QA) Representative to join a collaborative team supporting a US-based operation.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is highly attentive to detail, communicates well, learns quickly, and is interested in developing their career within Quality Assurance.
Previous QA experience is preferred but not essential. The right attitude, work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to learn quickly are equally important.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
- Extensive knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and influence stakeholders.
- Experience with performance metrics and reporting.
