Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology, Engineering, Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Extensive hands-on experience implementing SAP S/4HANA Lending solutions, particularly Consumer and Mortgage Loans (CML) and/or Collateral Management (CMS).
- Strong understanding of banking lending processes and related functional integrations.
- Proven customer-facing experience, with confidence in communicating and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluent in German and English, with a proactive mindset, a high degree of ownership, and a passion for continuous learning and development.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Lending solutions, with a focus on Consumer and Mortgage Loans (CML) and Collateral Management (CMS).
- Advise customers on lending processes, functional design, and best practices throughout transformation projects.
- Drive workshops, gather business requirements, and translate them into scalable solution concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across the lending ecosystem.
- Stay informed about market trends, regulatory developments, and SAP solution innovations to continuously enhance customer value.
