Our client are expanding its affiliate offering and is looking for a senior-level Affiliate Marketing Manager to take ownership of affiliate programs end-to-end. This role blends execution, auditing, strategy, and client communication. You’ll be trusted to run programs independently, protect client revenue, and actively grow performance without heavy oversight from Account Directors.
This is not a junior coordinator role. This is for someone who knows how affiliate programs break, how fraud happens, and how to scale cleanly.
What You’ll Own
- Affiliate program audits across existing client accounts
- Day-to-day management of affiliate platforms (Awin, Impact, CJ, etc.)
- Platform migration recommendations and execution (e.g. Awin → Impact)
- Partner recruitment, onboarding, commission structures, and relationship management
- Fraud detection, prevention, and compliance monitoring
- Performance reporting with clear insights, not vanity metrics
- Strategic recommendations presented directly to clients during monthly calls
- Collaboration with internal media and creative teams when affiliates overlap with influencer or paid strategies
What They Needs From You
- Proven experience managing affiliate programs at an agency or in-house brand
- Comfortable being client-facing and speaking to strategy, not just execution
- Strong understanding of affiliate attribution, fraud risks, and platform nuances
- Ability to work independently inside ClickUp without constant oversight
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Forward-thinking mindset. You see problems before they hit reports
