The listing
Rockstar blends humans and GenAI to deliver high-quality, flexible, and efficient recruiting support for smaller employers. This client enables employers with less than 50 employees to find better talent for less than $2K per role (~2-3% of 1st year salary). They are growing fast and looking for talented people to help build a new infrastructure for employment.
This isn't a traditional recruiting role. The individual will be working with a GenAI system to deliver an exceptional recruiting experience. The role primarily involves "last mile" tasks around candidate review and communication, as well as checking the work of AI and providing feedback to improve the model.
Job Responsibilities
- Leverage cutting edge AI tools for sourcing, scheduling, and candidate communication to deliver a delightful candidate and employer recruiting experience.
- Review resumes of inbound candidates using the AI cockpit. Perform the "last mile" of candidate review.
- Own top of funnel sourcing.
- Create sales navigator searches to identify the top 1,000 candidates on LinkedIn for each new role.
- Identify 5 “ideal” candidates for each role to use as calibration.
- Respond to inbound and outbound candidates via email. Ensure that they are scheduled efficiently and have a positive experience.
- Pre-decline candidates that are not a good fit for a role prior to screening.
- Ensure email campaigns are up and running.
- Give feedback to improve AI tooling to perform the job 10x more effectively and constantly improve the candidate/employer experience. The goal is to review 1000 applications in 10 minutes - a job that would normally take 5 people a week to review.
Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications/Skills
- Strong proficiency with LinkedIn (recruiter & sales navigator).
- Clear and professional communication in English.
- Excited to learn about GenAI and use cutting edge tools.
- Experience identifying/sourcing outbound candidates based on a job description.
- Ability to calibrate LinkedIn/resumes against a specific job profile.
- Good attention to detail to ensure efficient scheduling.
- Interest in continuously improving processes and using AI workflows.
- Well organized with ability to manage own projects with ease.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Minimum five (5) years of recruiting, talent acquisition, candidate sourcing or related experience for US based companies recruiting US candidates.
Work Hours & Benefits
- This is a contract position with an opportunity to grow into a full-time role. To start, this will be 10-20 hours per week; preferably between 4AM and 10AM EST.
