The listing
Rockstar is rebuilding the infrastructure for employability by collapsing the cost of hiring. For decades, the high cost of recruiting meant that only companies with big brands or deep pockets could reliably find the talent needed to build winning teams.
By blending GenAI with human judgment, Rockstar cuts the cost of recruiting by over 90%, suddenly making it easy for every employer to get in the game. When every company can compete, the market changes. Candidates have more options and employers can compete - and win - on what actually matters.
At Rockstar, we’re laying the foundation for an employment system that works—one where it’s easy for wonderful companies to build winning teams, and where every single person has the opportunity to build an extraordinary career.
About the Role
We are hiring a Talent Partner to join our team. You will own candidate and client relationships end to end, work through ambiguous, fast-moving situations, and act as a trusted point of contact for US-based clients from day one. This is a high-agency role. You'll be expected to notice what needs to happen and move, not wait to be told.
What You'll Do
- Manage candidate pipelines and client relationships across active campaigns
- Ensure a steady flow of qualified and interested candidates who are ready to move into phone screens or client introductions
- Build fast credibility with US-based clients on first contact, not just polish, real trust
- Diagnose root causes in messy or ambiguous situations and find a path forward without an existing process to follow
- Take ownership of problems as they come up rather than escalating by default
- Work closely with the rest of the team to keep campaigns healthy and moving
- Provide structured feedback to improve tooling, workflows, and the overall client and candidate experience
- Collaborate with a Talent Operations team member to ensure candidate communications and other deliverables are executed efficiently
- Drive the strategy and execution of client kick-off calls to ensure alignment from the start
- Lead weekly client check-ins, providing proactive updates, managing expectations, and navigating roadblocks to ensure campaign success
Who You Are
- You build trust fast. On a first call, clients feel like they're talking to someone who gets it, not someone reading a script.
- You're a strong problem solver. Given a messy or undefined situation, you find the actual root cause and a way forward, not just competent execution of a known process.
- You're a self-starter. You notice what needs to happen and act.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, campaign/project management, or talent operations
- Proven experience leading client-facing meetings (such as kick-offs and weekly check-ins) with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
- Experience working with small teams in the U.S. (strongly preferred), U.K., Canada, or Australia
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple hiring campaigns or job requisitions at once
- Analytical mindset with a strong focus on top-of-funnel health and source effectiveness
- Comfortable working with AI-driven tools and experimenting with new workflows
- Clear communicator with strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Self-managed, organized, and comfortable navigating ambiguity
