Role Overview
The Full Stack Developer will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining both front end and back end components of web applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross functional teams. You will help create high performance, scalable, and user friendly digital solutions that support the client’s business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain front end and back end systems using modern frameworks and technologies
- Build responsive and user friendly interfaces that follow best design and UX practices
- Develop server side logic, APIs, and integration points
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and product teams to refine system requirements
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance
- Implement security and data protection best practices
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to development standards
- Document code, processes, and technical specifications
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- 2 to 5+ years of experience as a full stack developer or software engineer
- Strong proficiency in front end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frameworks like React or Vue
- Experience in back end development using Node.js, Python, PHP, Ruby on Rails, or similar technologies
- Proficiency in working with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and version control using Git
- Understanding of cloud services, DevOps practices, or containerization is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to manage multiple development tasks and deliver within deadlines
