Responsibilities
- Own and manage the global C&B strategy across all company locations, including both remote employees and hub-based teams
- Ensure consistency, competitiveness, and compliance of compensation and benefits programs across multiple countries and employment models
- Support employee relocation processes, including benefits transition, policy alignment
- Align global C&B policies with local market and legal requirements
- Partner with HR, Finance, Legal and leadership teams to provide data-driven insights
- Continuously analyze market trends to maintain a competitive global offering
- Support the development and implementation of scalable C&B frameworks
- Lead C&B setup for new hub launches, including compensation structure design and implementation
- Manage relationships with external providers across locations, including BPO agencies and other HR service vendors
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within a global or multi-country environment
- Deep understanding of global compensation structures, benefits strategy, and workforce models
- Hands-on experience with global mobility, relocation programs, and benefits transition management
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent stakeholder management and proven ability to influence senior leadership
- Strong attention to detail with a strategic, systems-thinking mindset
- Upper-intermediate level of English or higher (both written and spoken)

- Advanced expertise in financial modeling, budget forecasting, and complex data analysis using Excel.
- Deep proficiency in integrating C&B modules within HRIS systems to automate compensation cycles.
- Expert knowledge of international benchmarking methodologies and the ability to interpret data from providers like Mercer or Korn Ferry.
- Comprehensive understanding of global labor laws, tax implications for benefits, and pay equity legislation.

- Own the end-to-end salary review and bonus distribution processes, ensuring alignment with corporate financial goals.
- Design and implement short-term and long-term incentive plans (STI/LTI) to drive organizational performance.
- Act as the primary consultant for senior leadership on all matters related to job evaluation, grading, and organizational design.
- Oversee the selection and management of external vendors, consultants, and survey providers.
- Drive the communication strategy for total rewards to ensure employees understand the value of their compensation packages.
