The listing
We are looking for a MS Dynamics Engineer to join our engineering team and take charge of developing and evolving our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional business units to translate their needs into reliable, efficient, and scalable CRM solutions. Your contributions will directly impact the company’s operational efficiency by automating key business processes and empowering departments through tailored tools and systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics that address specific business needs
- Maintain, optimize, and continuously improve the functionality and performance of the current CRM setup
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues in production environments to ensure high system reliability
- Follow clean code practices and apply basic algorithms, data structures, and design patterns in development
- Participate in testing, debugging, and deployment of features in on-premise environment
- Implement backend business logic using C# and .NET to deliver stable and maintainable solutions
- Customise user interfaces and enhance usability through HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with C#/.NET with the ability to write robust and maintainable code
- Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Good understanding of relational databases (MSSQL), including experience with writing and optimising SQL
- Familiarity with design patterns, basic algorithms, and data structures
- Experience integrating with third-party systems via REST APIs
- Intermediate English proficiency
Will Be a Plus
- Experience working with the on-premise version of Microsoft Dynamics
- Experience with the Customer Support module of Dynamics
- Previous experience in the fintech domain
