Role mission

About the role:
We are looking for a highly proactive and commercially minded Senior Product Analyst to join our Product Team. In our data-heavy environment (millions of events across Web, App, Trading Terminals, and Partner portals), you will not just be answering ad-hoc data requests. You will act as a strategic partner to our Product Managers, identifying hidden growth opportunities, building complex LTV and cohort models, and ensuring maximum statistical rigor in our high-velocity A/B testing framework. If you are passionate about behavioral analytics, love digging into user journeys to find the "why" behind the numbers, and can translate complex data into actionable product strategies, this role is for you.

1. Role Mission
To transform raw product and trading data into actionable insights that drive product strategy. The global need for this role is to establish a robust, single source of truth for product metrics, empower Product Managers with self-serve analytics, and uncover data-driven growth levers that maximize trader LTV and retention.

Data Storytelling: Ability to translate complex statistical findings into plain, compelling business language for C-level executives and non-technical stakeholders.

Business Acumen: Deep understanding of unit economics. You always connect user behavior metrics back to the company's P&L and revenue goals.
