Role mission
About the role:
We are looking for a visionary and data-driven Product Lead to take full ownership of our end-to-end User Lifecycle ecosystem across Web and Mobile App. In a high-volume trading platform, acquisition is only the beginning—long-term profitability is won inside the product. You will architect the overarching user journey matrix, bridging the gaps between post-registration onboarding, activation (First Time Deposit), trading habit formation, loyalty, and automated churn prevention. You will lead domain Product Managers (Acquisition, Activation, Loyalty & Retention) and build the in-product triggering engines, native engagement mechanics, and real-time behavioral pipelines. If you know how to turn user behavior data into seamless in-app journeys that maximize Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), this role is for you.
1. Role Mission
To architect, scale, and continuously optimize the native user lifecycle journey across all digital trading interfaces. The global need is to maximize trader Lifetime Value (LTV), elevate activation and retention rates, and minimize churn by delivering native in-app experiences, contextual UI triggers, and frictionless product funnels at the exact right moment in the trader’s lifecycle.
Requirements hard skills
5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2+ years in a Lead or Group PM role directly managing lifecycle, retention, or growth domain products.
Deep understanding of growth engineering, event-driven architectures, user state management, and real-time analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel).
Proven track record in FinTech, Trading, Crypto, iGaming, or high-volume B2C transactional products.
Strong expertise in designing native mobile/web onboarding flows, in-app engagement mechanics, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Advanced mastery of behavioral segmentation, cohort analytics, and unit economics (LTV, CAC, Payback Period).
Requirements soft skills
Holistic Journey Architect: Ability to step back, view the complete trader journey across all platforms, and spot micro-frictions between lifecycle stages.
Commercial Mindset: Obsessed with LTV maximization and unit economics—you build product features that directly move the company’s P&L.
Data-Driven Leadership: Ability to align domain PMs, Data Scientists, and Engineers around unified lifecycle OKRs with quantitative rigor.
Cross-Functional Bridge: Exceptional collaboration skills to partner with Marketing/CRM teams (providing them with clean data and triggers) without stepping on their campaign territory.
