Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
Location: Massachusetts
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Overview
We’re hiring licensed therapists to provide virtual mental health care to clients across Massachusetts. This role is open to LMFT, LPC, and LCSW clinicians who are comfortable managing an ongoing caseload and providing structured, goal-focused therapy through telehealth.
Your day will include conducting assessments, identifying treatment priorities, leading scheduled therapy sessions, documenting progress, and adjusting the clinical approach when a client’s needs change.
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled virtual therapy sessions to assigned clients
- Complete initial assessments and establish treatment goals
- Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Monitor client progress and adjust interventions when clinically appropriate
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Use telehealth systems effectively for remote care delivery
- Follow applicable ethical, legal, and professional licensing standards
Requirements
- Active Massachusetts license (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
- Master’s degree in a mental health discipline
- Experience in clinical therapy or counseling
- Ability to work full-time in a remote setting
- Comfortable using digital health platforms
