Responsabilities
- Understand and document the company’s internal modeling and simulation processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users for debugging simulation models.
- Identify and share best practices for FEA and simulation workflows.
- Perform detailed structural analyses using various FEA tools.
- Generate comprehensive technical reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refine and validate simulation models.
- Maintain and improve internal tools and methods for nonlinear and durability analyses.
Requirements
- Experience in structural Finite Element Analysis (FEA) – Advanced (5+ years)
- Hands-on experience with Abaqus – Intermediate (2–5 years)
- Hands-on experience with OptiStruct – Intermediate (2–5 years)
- Experience with LS-Dyna (less critical than Abaqus and OptiStruct) – Intermediate (2–5 years)
- Proven experience in nonlinear analysis – Intermediate (2–5 years)
- Experience in durability analysis – Intermediate (2–5 years)
- Experience in explicit analysis methods – Basic (1 year)
- Proficiency with ANSA or Hyperworks – Basic (1 year)
- Knowledge of META or Hyperview – Basic (1 year)
- Familiarity with the Linux operating system and ability to work efficiently in this environment – Intermediate (2–5 years)
