SeatGeek is looking for a Senior Associate to help scale our paid media efforts across TV, CTV, Audio, Display and other digital channels. This person will play a key role in strategy, execution, and measurement of our paid media programs, helping SeatGeek reach new audiences and drive incremental growth.
You’ll partner with internal teams, agencies, and media partners to translate business priorities into thoughtful media plans, evaluate what’s working, and identify opportunities to optimize and scale our investments.
What you'll do
- Media Strategy & Planning
- Help develop SeatGeek’s strategy across video (linear TV, DRTV, CTV, streaming), audio (streaming, radio), Display, YouTube, and other emerging channels
- Evaluate the role of different channels, partners, networks, and inventory types within the broader media mix
- Test new channels, formats, publishers, and inventory to uncover scalable growth opportunities
- Campaign Management & Execution
- Support day-to-day management of campaigns on Display, DRTV, CTV, Audio, and other assigned channels from planning through launch and reporting
- Partner with agencies and media vendors to develop recommendations, manage campaign setup, and ensure campaigns launch on time and deliver in full
- Pressure test assumptions around audiences, budgets, reach/frequency, inventory, and measurement approaches, providing thoughtful feedback
- Monitor campaign delivery and performance and identify opportunities for in-flight optimization
- Manage select campaigns directly within buying platforms, including campaign setup, targeting, pacing, optimizations, and reporting
- Maintain budget trackers and support media invoicing and reconciliation
- Measurement & Testing
- Help build and execute a testing roadmap designed to answer questions about channel effectiveness, audiences, creative, frequency, and more
- Partner with internal analytics teams to evaluate performance using incrementality testing, attribution, and other measurement approaches
- Apply learnings across campaigns to continuously improve SeatGeek’s media strategy and investment decisions
- Maintain monthly and ad hoc reporting
- Cross-functional collaboration
- Partner closely with Creative, Analytics, and other marketing teams to support planning, execution, and measurement of paid media channels
- Build strong relationships with agency, platform, publisher, and measurement partners
What you have
- Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of experience in media planning, buying, performance marketing, integrated marketing, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with at least two of the following channels: DRTV, CTV, Audio, Display, Online Video, or other paid media formats
- Strong understanding of media planning fundamentals, including audience strategy, reach and frequency, flighting, inventory, and budget allocation
- Experience working with media agencies and/or directly with publishers
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in sophisticated measurement approaches, particularly incrementality
- A performance-oriented mindset and ability to use data to make recommendations about where and how to invest
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns, partners, timelines, and priorities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfortable working with a range of stakeholders
- A proactive and curious approach; you’re excited to dig into how media works, challenge assumptions, and identify opportunities to improve performance

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $116,000 USD. In addition, you may receive a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and company performance. Actual compensation packages within that range are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and specific location.
