Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Location: Nevada (Remote / Telehealth)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide telehealth services to clients across Nevada. This position offers the opportunity to focus on scheduled clinical care, ongoing client support, and effective treatment delivery in a remote setting. The therapist will work with clients to address mental health concerns, support progress toward treatment goals, and maintain high standards of clinical documentation and care.
Primary Responsibilities
- Facilitate scheduled therapy sessions for assigned clients
- Build a strong understanding of client concerns, goals, and areas of support
- Apply appropriate therapeutic methods based on client needs
- Maintain complete and accurate clinical records
- Review treatment progress and update care direction when necessary
- Consult with supervisors regarding clinical questions and case needs
Requirements
- Active Nevada license: LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW
- Master’s degree in a mental health field
- Experience in outpatient or virtual therapy
- Comfortable managing a regular caseload
- Strong written and communication skills
