About the Role
We are seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships to lead one of Rula’s Key Strategic relationships. This person will be responsible for the strategic growth of this business, navigating the complex landscape to achieve our goals. You will apply sales principles, stakeholder management, landscape insights, and deep operational rigor to initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate standard Rula methodologies. You will be the internal champion for your partner’s needs, balancing customer voice with growth goals and firm-wide scalability.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of related professional experience: in a role driving growth and strategy and or account management (specifically within healthcare or complex B2B2C marketplaces)
Proven track record of hitting aggressive revenue or growth targets (e.g., doubling a market or business unit)
Demonstrated experience managing executive-level relationships with large health systems or payers
Experience working in an external customer facing role, with board room/executive presence where effective and succinct communication (written and verbal) is crucial. Comfort delivering these conversations both virtually and in-person
A deep understanding of member user journey and operational + clinical workflows within health systems
Ability to synthesize complex regulatory and clinical requirements into actionable business strategy

3+ years experience at a high-growth start-up
