The listing
Intellect is one of Asia's fastest-growing mental health and wellbeing companies, helping employers give their people access to coaching, therapy, and proactive care. We work with hundreds of organisations across the region, and our Client Success team is what keeps those relationships healthy, growing, and well-run. We move fast, we build as we go, and we care deeply about getting the details right.
About the role
This is a back-end, operations-heavy role for someone who loves making complex, moving-parts work run smoothly and on time. You will split your time roughly evenly between two things: supporting our Client Success Operations function with the behind-the-scenes work that keeps the CS team running, and owning the end-to-end coordination of our client roadshows across the region.
It is deliberately not a client-facing role. You won't be presenting to customers or running booths yourself. Instead, you'll be the person behind the scenes making sure every roadshow is staffed, stocked, and ready, and that the CS team's operations run like clockwork. If you are highly organised, take real ownership of your work, and get satisfaction from being the reliable person who makes sure nothing slips, you'll do well here.
What you'll do
Roadshow coordination & ownership (~50%)
Our roadshows drive app sign-ups for clients at on-site events across Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Vietnam, Laos and beyond. You will own the operations that make them happen:
- Coordinate staffing for every roadshow: source, book, and brief freelance promoters through local staffing and marketing agencies in each market.
- Own the merchandise supply chain: forecast, order, and manage inventory of Intellect merch and giveaways, and deal directly with merch vendors on pricing, quality, and timelines.
- Manage merch logistics end-to-end: make sure every roadshow, in Singapore and overseas, gets the right merch on time, coordinating packing with our Singapore-based packer and handling overseas shipping, customs, and lead times.
- Build and maintain the roadshow calendar and a single source of truth for what is booked, staffed, and stocked.
- Train and quality-check promoters against a standard briefing pack, so every booth represents Intellect to the same bar.
- Build and manage a reliable bench of agencies and promoters by market; negotiate rates and manage vendor relationships and contracts.
- Track roadshow costs and support billing and margin reporting.
Client Success Operations (~50%)
You'll support the CS Operations function with the operational backbone of the Client Success team:
- Support new-client onboarding: coordinate steps, maintain trackers, and help prepare client-facing collateral for the CSMs to use.
- Keep information aligned across teams: maintain visibility pipelines and dashboards so Client Success and internal partners (Consulting & Solutions, RevOps, and others) stay in sync.
- Own operational quality and process compliance: keep CS trackers, SOPs, and documentation current, and keep our data clean and reliable.
- Provide general ops support: reporting, scheduling, and ad hoc operational projects that keep the CS team running efficiently.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 1–2 years of experience in an operations-heavy role is a plus, particularly in coordination, project or program operations, events or field operations, logistics or supply chain, procurement, or vendor management.
- Startup mindset: you thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and are comfortable building process where none exists yet.
- Exceptional organisation and attention to detail: you catch what others miss and nothing falls through the cracks.
- High ownership and accountability: you treat every roadshow and every task as yours to land, and you follow through without being chased.
- Strong coordination and vendor management skills: you can juggle many moving parts, vendors, and stakeholders across markets and time zones and keep them all on track.
- Comfortable with back-end work: you're energised by behind-the-scenes execution and don't need a client-facing spotlight.
- Fluent with everyday ops tools: spreadsheets (Excel / Google Sheets), Slack, and project or task trackers, with strong written communication.
- Based in the Philippines: and able to work Singapore business hours (same time zone).
Nice to have
- Experience coordinating events, roadshows, activations, or field marketing.
- Experience with logistics, merchandise, or procurement, or with managing external agencies.
- Exposure to Client Success, customer operations, or a B2B SaaS or services environment.
Who you are
Diligent, meticulous, and dependable. Proactive and calm under many concurrent deadlines. Low-ego and service-minded toward the internal teams you support. You take pride in being the person others can trust to get the details right, every time.
What success looks like
- First 30 days: you have a firm grip on the roadshow calendar and merch inventory, and you've mapped our agency and vendor contacts by market.
- First 90 days: every roadshow is staffed and stocked on time without escalation, a reliable agency bench is forming in our key markets, and the CS Ops trackers, SOPs, and documentation you own are current and clean.
