Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality support to players via email, chat, and social media channels within the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.

- Ensure an exceptional user experience by maintaining in-depth knowledge of current gaming titles and community trends.
- Collaborate with the trust and safety team to monitor game chat and maintain a healthy community environment.
- Assist players with game updates, patch notes interpretation, and event-related troubleshooting.
- Document recurring technical bugs and provide feedback to developers to improve the overall gaming experience.

Requirements
- Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport or eligibility to work in Bulgaria.
