The listing
The Senior People Operations Partner serves as the primary strategic People Operations partner for leaders and employees across the APJ region.
This role combines regional partnership, program support, operational excellence, and risk management to ensure people programs are effectively implemented and scaled across the region. The Senior People Operations Partner works closely with leaders, People Business Partners, Legal, Finance, and Recruiting teams to drive organizational effectiveness, operational readiness, and compliance with company policies and employment requirements.
The role serves as a key bridge between global people strategies and regional execution, ensuring initiatives are successfully implemented while addressing the unique needs and complexities of the APJ region.
What you will do:
Strategic Program Leadership
Support regional implementation of People programs and initiatives
Support performance management, talent, and compensation processes
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful program execution
Manage regional workstreams for high-impact organizational projects
Regional Compliance & Governance
Partner with the Global Compliance & Infrastructure Lead to operationalize global compliance requirements within APJ
Coordinate implementation of policy updates and employment-related requirements
Identify emerging regional risks and recommend mitigation strategies
Growth & Expansion Initiatives
Lead regional workstreams related to entity transitions, workforce expansions, and operational changes
Coordinate vendor assessments and regional operational requirements
Ensure people processes effectively support business growth objectives
Process Excellence & Optimization
Identify opportunities to improve scalability, efficiency, and employee experience
Drive automation and workflow optimization initiatives
Partner on Workday and systems-related process improvements
Establish operational governance and reporting mechanisms
Monitor program effectiveness and recommend enhancements
Support regional immigration and mobility matters, partnering with employees, internal stakeholders, and external immigration providers as needed
What you bring along:
Experience in People Operations within a global, multi-country organization
Demonstrated experience supporting and driving People initiatives across APJ, ideally including markets such as India, Singapore, Australia, and Japan
Strong understanding of country-specific employment practices, compliance requirements, and People Operations processes
Experience supporting international growth and expansion, including entity setup/transitions, new-country launches, or workforce expansion
Proven ability to independently lead complex, cross-functional, multi-country initiatives and partner effectively with Legal, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, and People teams
