The listing
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the annual events calendar for a global team - corporate parties, team buildings, strategic sessions, and social initiatives - aligned with company culture, brand identity, and business objectives
- Full-cycle event management: from concept and venue selection to on-site execution, including timelines, run-of-show documents, AV coordination, and logistics
- Budget ownership: annual planning, expense tracking per event, cost reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Vendor and supplier management: contract negotiation, sourcing, and maintaining a preferred vendor network across regions
- Build a metrics framework from scratch and deliver structured post-event impact reports with insights and recommendations
- Coordinate with local teams, regional stakeholders, and external contractors across all key locations to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, templates, and best practices to build a scalable foundation for the growing function
- Stay current on industry trends and continuously improve event formats and experiences
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive experience in corporate event planning and management
- Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale international events (500+ attendees)
- Hands-on experience managing event budgets and financial reporting
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Ability to operate both at a strategic level and in hands-on execution
- English Upper-Intermediate+
- Willingness to travel regularly across multiple regions
Will be a plus
- Experience in technology or fintech environments
- Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event production
- Understanding of international events and cross-cultural considerations
- Background in experiential marketing or brand activation
- Familiarity with sustainability practices in event management
