Full-Time | Remote | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Job Summary
The Licensed Professional Counselor will provide ongoing mental health counseling to adults dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, adjustment concerns, and other emotional or behavioral challenges. The role is responsible for evaluating client needs, guiding therapy, and helping clients work toward practical improvements in daily functioning and overall well-being.
Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions through telehealth
- Review client history and current concerns
- Determine the focus of treatment based on each case
- Maintain clear and complete progress notes
- Reassess needs as therapy continues
- Make updates to care when appropriate
- Follow Michigan licensing, confidentiality, and ethical requirements
Requirements
- Active Michigan LPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience providing outpatient mental health services
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Strong communication and time-management skills
