Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with global teams and assist in the development of new products
- Manage the end-to-end delivery cycle of product features, including roll-out to customers and across the internal team
- Responsible for the social trading platform
- Handle the data to understand how the product and features perform and suggest data-driven initiatives to improve the product and user experience
- Engage with users to get constant feedback and incorporate this into the product enhancement initiatives
- Consulting market research materials and sales data to ensure that products are viable and competitive
- Analyze users’ behavior and data, identify new trends, and act accordingly
- Monitor the development process and ensure compliance with schedule and timeframe
Requirements:
- Native Japanese Speaker
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English
- 1+ years of experience in a Product Development role
- Previous experience in FX business and CFD's industry is a must.
- Previous Experience with FXBO CRM and Brokeree products is considered an advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-oriented
- Proactive and self-driven
- Excellent analytical skills
- Great time-management, organizational, and planning skills
