Identify new product launches, tooling opportunities, reshoring initiatives, supplier transitions, capacity constraints, and other potential customer needs.

Generate qualified leads and maintain an active pipeline of prospective opportunities.

Understand customer requirements related to part geometry, materials, volumes, tooling, timing, quality, regulatory requirements, and commercial expectations.

Coordinate with internal estimating, engineering, operations, and commercial teams to evaluate opportunities.

Support preparation and presentation of proposals, quotations, technical solutions, and customer presentations.

Participate in commercial negotiations related to pricing, tooling investment, manufacturing scope, timing, volumes, and contractual requirements.

Provide market intelligence on customer needs, competitor activity, industry trends, emerging markets, and commercial opportunities.

Attend customer meetings, industry events, trade shows, networking opportunities, and conferences where appropriate.

Demonstrated ability to independently generate leads and develop new customer accounts.

Experience selling tooling, injection molding production, manufacturing services, engineered products, or related technical solutions is preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
