What You’ll Do
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth and/or onsite clinical support
- Provide Critical Incident Stress Management/Support (CISM/CISP) to individuals or groups affected by critical incidents, traumatic events, or high-stress situations
- Support clients experiencing a broad range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, eating disorders, schizophrenia, and more
- Apply evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches to assessment, intervention, and psychological support
- Partner with our internal clinical team to improve programs and platform outcomes
- Provide timely documentation and case notes in accordance with clinical and platform requirements
Requirements
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree in Counseling or Clinical Psychology
- Expertise: CBT or other evidence-based approaches (MI, DBT, SFBT, etc.)
- Experience: Minimum of 300 post-master’s clinical hours
- Languages: Fluency in English and Vietnamese language
- Preferred: EAP experience, adult counseling, and group counseling
- Bonus: Openness to occasional onsite work
