The listing
We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Bullet Echo team.
In this role, you will combine strong operational management with a focus on developing and improving processes. You will work closely with a development team, ensure effective day-to-day operations, and identify opportunities to make the way we work more efficient and structured.
What you'll do
- Manage day-to-day operations of a development team and ensure effective coordination across functions.
- Own and improve operational processes within your area of responsibility.
- Identify process gaps and inefficiencies and drive improvements from idea to implementation.
- Work with the team and management to set priorities, goals, and ways of working.
- Participate in people management, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Contribute to competency matrices and clear expectations for different roles within the team.
- Work with budgets, invoices, and other operational processes.
- Explore and implement AI and other modern tools to improve management and operational processes.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience managing a development team with ownership of delivery.
- Experience in GameDev is a must.
- Experience working with multidisciplinary development teams.
- Strong operational management and process improvement skills.
- Understanding of Agile and common project management approaches.
- Strong structured thinking and the ability to understand cause-and-effect relationships.
- High flexibility and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Experience in people and performance management.
- Ability to set clear expectations and establish appropriate evaluation criteria before assessing performance.
- Experience with competency frameworks, goal setting, feedback, and employee development.
- Experience with budgets and invoices will be a plus.
- Interest in AI and new approaches to management and operational processes.
- Fluency in both English and Russian would be considered an advantage.
