The listing
We are seeking a CXG Data Specialist to support and optimize our data quality across the full CXG tech stack. Reporting at the intersection of Customer Success, Revenue Operations and Sales, you will play a key role in maintaining the data accuracy of our CXG systems.
This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on execution, continuous improvement, and providing exceptional operational support to our CXG team in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Own proactive data quality monitoring and clean-up across CXG systems.
- Validate and reconcile customer and account data across different sources.
- Perform data manipulation and analysis, including VLOOKUPs, reconciliation, duplicate account identification, research, and clean-up.
- Maintain accurate customer journey stages, account statuses, CSM ownership, and other critical CXG data points.
- Run recurring data-quality checks and proactively identify inconsistencies across systems
- Help update reporting and dashboards
- Monitor cancelled employee hiring processes and notify Finance when associated deposit invoices need to be cancelled.
- Partner with RevOps and CXG teams to identify recurring data-quality issues and improve the underlying processes.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in Data Management, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, CRM Administration, Customer Success, or a related operational role.
- Experience administering CRM or CXG platforms.
- Experience working with sales technology tools and revenue systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across distributed teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within a SaaS business.
- Experience supporting EOR, PEO, HR Tech, or contractor management platforms.
- Experience with HubSpot, DevRev and BI tools.
- Experience with data management, data clean-up and deduplication.
