VirtueStaff is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Estimator / Operations Coordinator to oversee project logistics and labor estimations for a final construction cleaning services company. In this dual-function role, the coordinator will analyze construction plan unit matrices to generate accurate labor estimates in Excel while serving as the primary operational link between field crews and site superintendents. The ideal candidate manages approximately five concurrent projects, ensuring job site readiness, material ordering, PPE compliance, and remote crew accountability.
Responsibilities
- Review construction plans and unit matrices daily to calculate labor requirements and build standardized proposals in Excel.
- Submit bids through the company CRM and follow up with clients to confirm receipt and address project scope requirements.
- Conduct daily morning check-ins with field crews in Spanish to verify attendance, readiness, and compliance with project scopes.
- Communicate directly with construction project managers and superintendents in English to relay field instructions and resolve quality concerns.
- Coordinate remote crew staffing adjustments, resolve site complaints, and order job site supplies or required PPE.
- Assist the Director of Operations with new project startups across concurrent active job sites.
Requirements
- Fluent bilingual English and Spanish communication skills (verbal and written).
- Professional background in property management, home services, janitorial/cleaning services, or labor-based operational environments preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with proven experience coordinating multiple active projects and field teams simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, PDF plan viewers, and CRM software.
- Comfortable working with basic arithmetic, estimating formulas, and structured SOPs.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, professional demeanor when handling client concerns, and independent operational judgment.
- Spanish bilingual required.
