We’re looking for Procurement Processing Specialist with German who wants to grow within Procurement and play a key role in ensuring timely delivery of goods and services across the organization. If you enjoy working with stakeholders, navigating purchasing processes, and keeping operations running smoothly - this role is for you.
YOU WILL
- Process and create Indirect Purchase Requisitions for internal employees across various departments and countries, following defined standards and compliance requirements
- Create Direct Purchase Orders for external suppliers (goods and services)
- Perform quality checks on procurement requirements and documentation
- Support internal stakeholders in the creation of Purchase Requisitions
- Respond to inquiries related to Procurement processes
- Support tasks connected to Plant Maintenance, including creation and updates of Purchase Info Records
- Handle stakeholder requests related to reporting and training
Requirements
- German fluency (min. B2) and English at B1/B2
- At least 1 year of experience in Procurement or Sourcing (nice to have)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong customer orientation, including in challenging situations and interactions with senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with SAP systems (weBuy, SAP ERP preferred)
