About the Role
We are engaging PhD-level Psychology professionals fluent in Indonesian and English to contribute to an innovative AI training project. You will apply your psychology expertise to analyze case studies, develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios, and evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, ethics, and alignment with psychological best practices. No prior AI experience is required — your psychology expertise is what matters most.
SENIORITY: PhD / Experienced Psychology Professional
LANGUAGE: Indonesian — native or near-native; English — advanced
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and assess psychological case studies, documentation, and scenarios, providing expert feedback and insights.
- Develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Indonesian and English.
- Evaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with psychological best practices.
- Review psychological concepts across Indonesian and English to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracy.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide psychology-focused perspectives and recommendations.
- Document evaluation processes, findings, and reasoning clearly and systematically.
- Identify cultural or linguistic nuances that may influence the interpretation of psychological content.
- Provide insights that help improve AI systems' understanding and generation of psychology-related content.
Requirements
- PhD in Psychology or a closely related psychology discipline.
- Demonstrated experience in clinical, academic, research, or applied psychology.
- Native or near-native Indonesian proficiency.
- Strong English proficiency, including the ability to communicate complex psychological terminology accurately.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Experience developing, reviewing, or evaluating psychological case studies, assessments, or research materials.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ethical judgment and cultural sensitivity.
