The listing
We’re looking for a meticulous and experienced Copyeditor to join our team and help bring content to life. You’ll play a key role in making sure every piece of copy is clear, accurate, consistent and on-brand before it is published – from Amazon product listings and theme-related content. If you have a sharp eye for detail, a strong command of US English and enjoy making good copy even better, we’d love to hear from you.
Remote Work - Eastern timezone US only
About the role
We're looking for a detail-oriented copyeditor to review content produced by our writing team before it's published. The core of the role is Amazon product listings, alongside theme-related texts and other ad-hoc content as needs arise. You'll make sure every piece is accurate, consistent and compliant – so readers get clear, trustworthy information and copy meets brand and platform standards.
What you'll do
Proofread and correct copy for grammar, spelling, punctuation and formatting, to a US English standard
Check product data, names, measurements and facts for accuracy and consistency
Flag issues such as character-limit breaches, structural problems, forbidden terms and D&I considerations
Work from style guides, approved names files and briefs, and collaborate with writers to resolve queries
Adapt to different content types and requirements as projects come in
What you'll bring
Proven copy editing or proofreading experience, ideally in e-commerce, retail or marketing content
Native-level US English and a sharp eye for detail
Ability to work accurately at volume and to deadlines
Confidence working within established guidelines and knowing when to flag rather than fix
Flexibility to switch between content types
Familiarity with Amazon listing requirements is a plus
