The listing
Run SEO for healthcare clients across the US. Audit, optimise, experiment and present your findings. Curious, hands-on, client-facing.
$3,000-$4,000/month | Full-time | 4-5h CT overlap
Strategy Collective is a fully remote marketing agency built for private equity-backed healthcare companies. With around 50 people spread across the US, Canada, Latin America, Sri Lanka and beyond, we run delivery teams covering paid media, SEO, web development, content, project management, creative and data analytics.
We work with multi-location healthcare clients who need more than generic tactics. Our model is built on repeatable programmes, tight collaboration across disciplines, and a team culture that values curiosity and ownership. If you want to work somewhere that treats SEO like a craft rather than a checklist, this is the place.
We're looking for an SEO Analyst who can own organic and local search execution for healthcare clients with dozens (or hundreds) of locations. You'll be the person who audits sites, manages Google Business Profiles, experiments with GEO tactics, tracks what works, and turns data into recommendations that clients and leadership actually act on. You'll work across content, technical and local SEO, collaborate with developers and paid teams, turn what works into repeatable programmes, and present strategy and performance regularly.
📋 Manage content strategy, technical SEO and local SEO programmes across multiple accounts
✏️ Oversee Google Business Profiles, citations, reputation signals and local link building
💡 Audit sites and review location-specific content for accuracy and optimisation opportunities
🧪 Develop and run SEO and GEO experiments**, including A/B testing roadmaps,** to improve visibility and conversions
📦 Package proven SEO and GEO tactics into scalable, repeatable programmes across clients
🔍 Run competitor audits and monitor Google algorithm and AI search updates, turning changes into timely recommendations
📊 Track results, build performance reporting and package findings into clear recommendations
🤝 Present strategy and performance updates to clients, C-level and private equity stakeholders, and internal leadership
A minimum of 4-5 hours of daily overlap with US Central Time is expected, ideally remaining available until approximately 2:00 PM CT. You'll be leading direct reports who work standard North American hours, so comfort managing communication asynchronously outside the overlap window is essential.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you need:
✅ Strong technical, content and local SEO skills, including keyword research, site audits, schema, crawl management and indexing
✅ Deep familiarity with Google Business Profile management, citation building and local ranking factors
✅ Experience using Yext, BrightLocal or similar local listing platforms
✅ Working knowledge of GEO (generative engine optimisation) and how AI-driven search is changing organic visibility
✅ A proven track record managing multiple client accounts at the same time without dropping balls
✅ Comfort working directly with clients and senior stakeholders**, including C-level and private equity leadership,** presenting findings and fielding questions with confidence
✅ The ability to analyse performance data, prioritise work effectively and communicate insights in a way that non-technical audiences understand
Brownie points for:
⭐ Healthcare or multi-location client experience
⭐ Hands-on experience running SEO A/B tests
⭐ Experience with Birdeye or other reputation management tools
⭐ Agency background
You're curious by nature and proactive by habit. New tools, platforms and ranking signals don't intimidate you - they excite you, and you explore them before anyone has to ask. Detail matters to you, but you never lose sight of the bigger picture or the client's goals. Collaboration comes naturally, whether you're briefing a content writer, troubleshooting with a developer, or syncing with the paid team on a shared campaign. Client relationships energise rather than exhaust you. You show up prepared, translate complexity into clarity, and flag opportunities early. Every account feels like your own, because that's how you operate.
