Customer Service Specialist
Position Type: Full Time
Location: Philippines (Remote)
Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday, 9AM to 5:00PM Sydney time
Salary Range: Php35,000 - 40,000 per month

Our client is a pioneering digital healthcare platform dedicated to revolutionizing how Australians access and manage their health. They are an end-to-end, entirely digital healthcare platform for prescribing and delivering medicines directly to consumers.
About the Role
In this role, you will help our customers feel supported as they take on their health journey and ensure they have a mate there to help them along the way.
You will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager and support day to day customer success and service activities including live chat, email responses, order processing support and other activities relating to supporting our customers.
Responsibilities
Respond to / solve inbound customer tickets, emails, live chats, and/or outbound calls.
Respond to request a call back enquiries
Participate in proactive customer campaigns i.e. surveys, new product launches etc.
Communicate with pharmacies on queries or issues as required
Assist internal stakeholders with Customer Service related tasks
Competencies and Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a customer service environment; experience in healthcare and/or Australian Based companies is advantageous
Strong english skills (verbal and written) is essential as this role will be communicating via phone, email, and live chat
Strong technology skills and/or the ability to learn multiple systems (including Hubspot and Front)
Strong attention to detail
Experience problem solving with customers and identifying other potential issues to resolve
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
