Envoy Global is seeking an experienced RCIC Licensed Corporate Immigration Consultant to serve as the authorized representative for corporate clients and manage complex Canadian business immigration matters from initial assessment through final adjudication. This role is ideal for an RCIC licensed immigration professional who thrives in a client-facing environment, enjoys managing a diverse portfolio independently, and is confident providing strategic immigration guidance to employers, HR partners, and foreign national employees. You'll be empowered to exercise professional judgment, drive case strategy, and serve as a trusted advisor to some of the world's leading organizations.
What You’ll Do

Act as the authorized representative for corporate clients before the IRCC, ESDC, and other applicable government agencies.

Independently manage a full portfolio of Canadian corporate immigration matters from consultation and assessment through application preparation, filing, and post-submission case management.

Prepare and submit compliant immigration applications, including:
- Work Permits (GTS, LMIA-based, Intra-Company Transfers, C10/C16/C20, Free Trade Agreements)
- Permanent Residence (Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, and Quebec immigration pathways)
- Employer Compliance matters, including IMP audits, compliance reviews, and disclosures

Provide strategic immigration counsel regarding eligibility, application strategy, compliance obligations, timelines, and potential risks.

Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for corporate clients, HR stakeholders, and foreign national employees.

Analyze complex immigration scenarios and recommend tailored solutions that align with client objectives and business needs.

Monitor regulatory changes and provide guidance on Canadian immigration policies and employer compliance requirements.

Ensure all filings and client recommendations comply with IRCC, ESDC, and applicable regulatory standards.
What We’re Looking For

Active Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) license in good standing.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience acting as an authorized representative in Canadian corporate/business immigration matters.

Strong knowledge of Canadian business immigration programs, employer compliance requirements, and Quebec immigration pathways (where applicable).

Proven experience advising corporate clients on immigration strategy and risk management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong client-service mindset.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Annual Salary Range: C$110,000-120,000 CAD
