Role Description: 

The role will serve as gFiber’s primary leader for brand, product and growth marketing strategy, planning and stewardship of execution in the MXU (multi-unit dwellings and multi-tenant buildings) and Commercial space. With an entrepreneurial passion and mindset for success, this role is responsible for strategy, segmentation, positioning, execution, and business performance. It sets the course for MXU residential and property owner marketing as well as B2B marketing for strategic commercial verticals, refining segmentation and positioning, directing plan execution across marketing and partner disciplines, and engaging with sleeves rolled up to ensure success.  The successful candidate will work across multiple disciplines, including Brand, Sales, Digital, Operations and other XFN partners. Working in particularly close collaboration with Sales, Product Strategy, Digital, and MDU, SMB & Commercial Operations, this role envisions and oversees the implementation of enterprise acquisition, growth and product marketing, supported by the wider marketing team. 

 

In this role, you’ll:  

  • Develop comprehensive market positioning and go-to-market strategies for multi-unit dwelling and multi-tenant properties, small and medium businesses (SMB) and commercial segments, driving subscriber growth and brand adoption.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, sales, digital, operations, and finance teams to align business goals, launch targeted campaigns, and scale service offerings.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for service expansion in multi-family and commercial properties.
  • Identify areas of opportunity in MDU residential (B2C) marketing as well as property owner and SMB (B2B) marketing; design lifecycle marketing programs and promotional initiatives that increase penetration in MDU properties, enhance property owner partnerships and elevate the tenant and business customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies, report on campaign effectiveness, and inform future business planning.

 

At a minimum we’d like you to have:  

  • Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field
  • 7 years of experience in marketing, including marketing leadership roles and demonstrated success in collaborating and managing high-performing teams.
  • 3 years of experience in MDU or SMB marketing, or Commercial telecom or technology space
  • Experience with developing and implementing effective marketing plans in apartment, large scale real estate, commercial development, property appraisal, B2B technology, or related fields.
  • Proven track record of high impact marketing, exceeding brand, acquisition or growth goals  

 

It’s preferred if you have: 

  • Master's degree in in Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Communications or a related field
  • At least 5 years prior work experience in telecommunications, technology, property management, commercial development or related industries.
  • Experience presenting to and influencing senior leadership and B2B clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.




The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $177,800 - $270,300 + bonus + benefits. As pay varies by location, your recruiter will share more about the specific salary range for your targeted location during the hiring process.
