What You'll Do:
Improving and managing global compensation and benefits policies to align with organizational objectives and comply with local regulations.
Analyzing market trends and conducting benchmarking to ensure competitive and attractive compensation and benefits packages for potential and existing employees.
Utilizing financial analysis skills to assess the impact of compensation and benefits programs on the company’s financial performance.
Monitoring the effectiveness of KPIs and balancing them with the business (revenue, expenses, margin).
Providing guidance and support to HR teams globally on compensation-related matters, including salary structures, bonus programs, and incentive schemes.
Progressing and refining compensation and benefits programs to provide a competitive level of pay, motivation, and reward to employees, as well as protection.
Enhancing fair and attractive incentives and/or bonus programs for specific employee categories.
Collaborating with HR and finance teams to develop and monitor budgets for reward programmes.
Creating dashboard reports to track the reward dynamics of different groups of employees.
Calculate variable pay, commissions, and bonuses for different departments accurately and on time (e.g., applying specific metrics and rules for Sales, PubDev, and other teams).
Prepare and update regular reports, as well as generate ad-hoc (on-demand) reports for HR or management when needed.
Who You Are:
7+ years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, financial controlling, FP&A, workforce analytics, or a similar analytical role, with substantial hands-on exposure to compensation management.
Experience supporting or designing compensation governance, including approval processes, budget controls, salary exceptions, promotions, new hires, and replacement hiring.
Strong analytical capability, including experience interpreting large datasets, identifying anomalies and trends, conducting audits, and providing management with clear data-driven recommendations.
Experience conducting market compensation benchmarking and translating market data into actionable recommendations on pay positioning and compensation adjustments.
Practical experience in designing, reviewing, or managing compensation structures, including salary ranges/bands, job levels, annual salary review processes, variable compensation, and benefits.
Experience working in a multi-country/international organization and understanding the challenges of compensation across different markets.
A degree in HR Management and/or Statistics/ Finance is preferred.
Professional certifications (GRP, WorldAtWork, etc.).
B2 level or above proficiency in English.
Technical Skills:
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including complex formulas, lookups, Pivot Tables, financial models, and analysis of large datasets.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is preferred.
Analytical Mindset:
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on working accurately with numbers and financial metrics.
Attention to Detail:
High level of accuracy and responsibility, especially when calculating bonuses and working with sensitive payroll information.
Ethics & Confidentiality:
Strict understanding of corporate ethics and the ability to maintain absolute confidentiality regarding employee compensation data.
Communication:
Strong written and spoken communication skills to collaborate effectively with the HR team and answer basic employee questions.
