The listing

TechOp Solutions International is looking for a Scrum Master to support the planning, coordination, and execution of technology pilot initiatives, including Digital Twin, DICOS Image Tagging, and a potential large language model (LLM) pilot. This individual will facilitate Agile delivery, coordinate stakeholder engagement, and support product-management activities to advance emerging technology and AI capabilities across the program. Developer to support the development and implementation of AI initiatives and pilot projects across the program. This individual will collaborate with technical and functional teams to build, test, and mature AI-enabled capabilities from concept through implementation.

Duties: 

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Coordinate pilot activities across technical and functional teams, tracking milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
  • Partner with program leadership and product stakeholders to help shape the AI roadmap and prioritize pilot initiatives.
  • Gather and document stakeholder requirements, translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Support backlog refinement and prioritization in coordination with the Product Owner and development teams.
  • Identify and help resolve impediments that affect team productivity or pilot progress.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+years of relevant experience
  • Experience supporting technology implementation, product-management, or business-analysis efforts
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills
  • Ability to develop project documentation, status reports, and recommendations
  • Meet Security Eligibilities
  • TSA experience is highly desired
  • DHS public trust is strongly preferred and will be prioritized 

Preferred Technologies and Skills:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  •  Strong AI fluency and familiarity with tools such as Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies
  • Experience supporting AI-enabled products or innovation initiatives
  • Requirements-gathering and roadmap-development experience
  • Ability to bridge business and technical stakeholder needs

The pay range for this role reflects a variety of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: job location, relevant skills and experience, education and certifications, contract-specific requirements, and organizational needs. Final compensation will be determined based on the facts and circumstances of each individual case, and it is not typical for hires to be made at or near the top of the range. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this position is $98,000 – $120,000 annually.
